We’re looking for a talented WordPress Web Developer with a strong eye for UX/UI design to join our growing digital team. You’ll play a key role in building, maintaining, and enhancing websites for a variety of clients – blending technical skill with creative flair.
If you’re equally comfortable crafting a pixel-perfect user experience as you are developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, we’d love to hear from you.
Design, build, and maintain responsive WordPress websites
Implement custom themes and functionality in line with UX/UI best practices
Work closely with designers and marketers to translate creative concepts into functional sites
Optimise website performance, accessibility, and SEO
Get hands-on with website design projects, contributing to both layout and creative direction
Ensure websites deliver a seamless user experience across devices
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centred design
Solid front-end skills — HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP basics
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) and Figma
Good eye for detail, layout, and visual consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.)
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Understanding of version control (Git)
